The Staffing Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Staffing Managers and provide leadership in ensuring effective caregiver-client matching, caregiver retention, and high-quality service delivery. The role will also support the professional growth of caregivers, help implement retention initiatives, and ensure caregivers feel valued and supported throughout their time with IOA. Additionally, the Staffing Operations Manager will participate in the on-call rotation.
