Abrio Home Care is hiring a Staffing Manager. We are a leader in non-medical home care serving individuals with special needs across Arizona. Our organization is committed to service excellence for people with disabilities and the elderly. We are looking for someone to fill our position as Staffing Manager in our Mesa office. This position is a pivotal part of our Care Coordination Team. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish to ensure that only top-quality staff are matched to the people we serve. Manages and directs the operation of home care service delivery by recruiting, onboarding, and managing qualified employees. Responsibilities include recruiting, developing, and retaining quality staff to care for Abrio Home Care members who are elderly, individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities, or have chronic illnesses. Schedules caregivers for work based on the care plan. Coordinates resources and liaises between employees, funding source agencies, the members, and families.
