Staffing Coordinator (100226) PART TIME
About The Position
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill an Acute Care, Critical Care, and Surgical Services Staffing Coordinator in our Nursing department. The Staffing Coordinator coordinates scheduling and staffing to ensure sufficient and efficient staff coverage for all Acute Care, Critical Care and Surgical Services areas. This position works with directors of Acute Care, Critical Care and Surgical Services departments to project staffing needs and achieve required staffing levels. The coordinator uses and maintains scheduling software to schedule and monitor staffing levels.
Requirements
- High school graduate and or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years’ previous experience in medical setting
Responsibilities
- Coordinates scheduling and staffing to ensure sufficient and efficient staff coverage for all Acute Care, Critical Care and Surgical Services areas.
- Works with directors of Acute Care, Critical Care and Surgical Services departments to project staffing needs and achieve required staffing levels.
- Uses and maintains scheduling software to schedule and monitor staffing levels.
