Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in scheduling/staffing experience required

Nice To Haves

Valid Driver’s License preferred
May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.

Responsibilities

Prepares and manages the staffing schedule for the nursing department.
Serves as a central contact for communication of schedule changes and other pertinent information regarding the nursing staff.
Contacts staff to provide coverage for staff call offs.
Works with payroll to ensure that employees of the nursing department are paid appropriately and timely.
Work with DON in an administrative role.
