This role involves monitoring census, staffing, scheduled admissions and discharges to ensure appropriate staff levels, preparing and amending monthly staffing schedules, and finding coverage for time-off requests and call-outs. The position also includes tracking absenteeism, coordinating staffing for program transports, providing administrative support, calculating various reports, and collaborating with HR and payroll to resolve paycheck issues. Attendance at staffing and nursing leadership meetings is also required.
