About The Position

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for identifying, coordinating, and assigning all available staffing resources for clinical units across the system. This role ensures that all clinical units are adequately staffed according to patient census and acuity by providing continuous monitoring of staff resources. The coordinator utilizes input from computerized scheduling software, requests from individual business units, and feedback from administrative resources to fulfill these responsibilities. Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
  • 3 years of administrative/staffing/payroll experience/customer service Required
  • Must have experience using computers with a high degree of accuracy Required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field Preferred
  • Experience in a hospital environment and in clinical service support functions Preferred
