Requirements

Experience in scheduling, staffing, or healthcare coordination (home care preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Comfortable with technology, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office
A compassionate, client-focused mindset

Responsibilities

Own the daily staffing puzzle—matching caregivers to clients efficiently and compassionately
Be the go-to problem solver for call-outs, last-minute changes, and urgent needs
Build strong relationships with caregivers and clients to ensure consistency and trust
Keep schedules accurate, organized, and up to date
Support recruitment, onboarding, and caregiver engagement efforts
Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality, dependable care
Participate in an on-call rotation (with additional pay)
