About The Position
The staffing coordinator coordinates staffing throughout the nursing departments. She works with the nursing directors to help meet staffing needs utilizing our own staff and contracted staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Staffing Coordinator or related experience in an acute care setting.
- Majority of position requires sitting – approximately 75% in performing clerical functions. Standing and walking approximately 25%.
- Must be able to lift approximately 25 pounds.
- Must have the dexterity, coordination, and visual and auditory acuity to perform all job responsibilities.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Must be free from signs of illness and infection.
- Must be able to provide proof of work authorization.
