The Staffing Coordinator plays a critical role in the success of the branch by connecting workers with opportunities, supporting clients, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. This role combines recruiting, workforce management, customer service, community outreach, and operational coordination. Successful Staffing Coordinators are relationship builders, problem solvers, and strong communicators who enjoy making a direct impact on both people and business.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer systems
  • Ability to learn new software and technology quickly
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to grow
  • Motivated, dependable, and committed to being the best at what they do.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service, recruiting, staffing, or operations experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch temporary employees to job assignments and communicate job expectations
  • Coordinate staffing needs and scheduling activities
  • Issue and track PPE and job-related equipment
  • Support temporary employees throughout assignments and resolve workplace issues
  • Process daily and weekly worker payouts
  • Assist with branch billing and invoicing activities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Recruit and onboard temporary employees
  • Participate in interviewing and screening candidates
  • Support branch recruiting goals and staffing initiatives
  • Organize and attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities
  • Build relationships with local organizations and workforce development partners
  • Assist with workers' compensation and unemployment claim administration
  • Support workplace investigations and documentation as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment requirements
  • Help maintain a safe and positive work environment
  • Build strong relationships with clients and temporary employees
  • Provide exceptional service and timely communication
  • Support client staffing needs and ensure quality placements
  • Serve as a trusted resource for both workers and customers
