About The Position

The staffing coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for our applicants. This role involves understanding client staffing needs and ensuring the successful recruitment and placement of candidates to fill those needs.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
  • Ideally possesses at least 1 year of high-volume recruiting or similar experience in the industrial staffing industry.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of EEO policy.
  • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and also collaborate with the team.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the needs of our clients and recruit a pipeline to fill those needs.
  • Educate and sell candidates on various details of our open positions.
  • Employing both verbal and written communication, effectively persuade clients of candidates' qualifications.
  • Thoroughly screen applicants to accurately fill positions with specific requirements.
  • Document interactions with clients and employees.
  • Solve problems and resolve conflicts.
  • Visit client sites and attend job fairs as needed.
  • Interview, hire, and manage a candidate pool according to Accurate Personnel policy.
