About The Position

Perimeter Health Care is seeking a highly organized and proactive Staffing Coordinator to join our team. In this critical administrative and operational role, you will serve as the primary communication liaison between our Waynesville and Saint Robert facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing real-time bed boards, and ensuring that operational information is disseminated efficiently to support our mission of providing quality care.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license.
  • A team-player mentality with the ability to promote a positive work atmosphere and work collaboratively with co-workers, supervisors, residents, and visitors.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in data entry or a related administrative role is preferred.
  • Experience in scheduling, preferably in a healthcare or residential treatment setting, is highly preferred.
  • Proactive communicator with the ability to identify and escalate bottlenecks.
  • Must possess an operational mindset, recognizing how administrative efficiency impacts resident care and census management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update real-time bed boards and resident movement information across campus with absolute precision.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of off-campus schedules and help manage staffing schedules to ensure continuity and proper documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact to ensure information is shared accurately and timely across all departments.
  • Coordinate outing information with internal stakeholders to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
  • Manage the routing of required documentation, ensuring all necessary signatures are obtained and filed in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, follow all safety practices, report concerns immediately, and adhere to the organization’s code of ethics and policies, including the mandatory reporting of suspected abuse or neglect.
  • Participate in ongoing staff development, annual training (CPR, Handle with Care, fire safety, etc.), and performance appraisals.
