The role involves providing scheduling support and caring assistance for caregivers and the community's most vulnerable. Requirements

• Qualified, dependable, honest, reliable Staffing Coordinator
• Ability to provide scheduling support and caring assistance for caregivers and community's most vulnerable
• Knowledgeable in fielding new patient/client inquiries over the phone for CICOA
• Ability to coordinate home health aides' schedules daily
• Ability to monitor, mediate, and log patient/client and home health aides in the system
• Ability to follow up on home health assignments and patient/client services
• Ability to ensure optimal utilization of CICOA, WAIVER, VA, and Prior Authorization hours
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for support of home health aides and residents

Responsibilities

• Field new patient/client inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable manner for CICOA
• Coordinate home health aides' schedules on a daily basis.
• Monitor, mediate, and log both patient/client and home health aides in the system
• Follow up on home health assignments and patient/client services
• Ensure optimal utilization of CICOA, WAIVER, VA, and Prior Authorization hours
• Participate in on-call rotation - serving as support for home health aides and residents
