We are currently seeking a Full-time qualified facility Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Peak Resources Outer Banks.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with medical terminology
- Proficient computer skills
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace
Nice To Haves
- Minimum two (2) years scheduling experience.
- Current C.N.A. Certification (NC)
Responsibilities
- Provides clerical support function to the nursing department.
- Ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
