ACMA - Staffing Coordinator/Weekend Supervisor

Iris Senior LivingTulsa, OK
Onsite

About The Position

Iris Memory Care of Tulsa is a small, specialized assisted living community focused exclusively on the care of seniors living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Our campus has three intimate buildings, each home to 18 residents – 54 residents total. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Certified Medication Aide with Advanced Respiratory (ACMA) to fill this salaried dual role as Weekend Supervisor and Staffing Coordinator. You will report directly to our Wellness Director, the clinical leader of our community. This is the right role if you're an ACMA who wants more – someone ready to step into management, own a schedule, mentor new team members, and make a measurable impact on the quality of care our residents receive.
