Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler
About The Position
PurposeCare is seeking qualified, dependable, honest, and reliable Schedulers to provide scheduling support and caring assistance for caregivers and the community's most vulnerable. PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest, serving over 3,000 clients monthly to ensure they remain healthy and safe at home. The company utilizes excellent caregivers and innovative technology to support vulnerable individuals in living full lives within their communities. The role involves coordinating home health aides' schedules, monitoring and logging patient/client and aide information, following up on assignments, and participating in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities
- Field new patient/client inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable manner
- Coordinate home health aides' schedules on a daily basis
- Monitor, mediate, and log both patient/client and home health aides in the system
- Follow up on home health assignments and patient/client services
- Participate in on-call rotation-serving as support for home health aides and residents
