Staffing Coordinator - Home Healthcare (PCA/HHA)

Requirements
- Previous experience in Staffing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - heavy phone volume
- Must have the ability to work as a team, and maintain a professional working relationship with patients, and referral sources
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to adapt to a very fast paced environment
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office
- References required.
Responsibilities
- Staff personnel according to home care patient's schedules for our paraprofessional division (HHA/PCA)
- Partners with recruiters and coordinators to ensure immediate and effective scheduling staff.
- Maintains a daily call log
- Communicate all relevant information to employee and job applicants
- Performs Intakes
- Follows up with clients, and families regarding schedule changes
- On call after hours required
