Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in applicants, employees, and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding efforts.
- Conduct orientations, I-9 verification, and new-hire paperwork.
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Support payroll, workers compensation, unemployment, and branch administration.
- Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume recruiting environment.
