About The Position

Reporting to the Director, Staffing, the Staffing and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Consultant (Consultant) takes a lead role in non-competitive staffing requests at headquarters, and will coordinate various staffing related requests, advise on database management, and undertake special projects and initiatives tied to the standardization of staffing reporting, achieving client service standards and the provision of business administrative support to the Director and staff of the division that handles staffing requests for the Government of Nunavut (GN).
