Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and business goals.
• Source, interview, and evaluate candidates to match client requirements effectively.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records using our recruitment software.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding candidate status and market trends.
• Attend networking events and industry conferences to build a robust professional network.
