About The Position

Reborn Pelvic Health & Wellness is seeking a Staff Therapist (Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist) to join their team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care within an outpatient pelvic health clinic, serving women, men, and children. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for pelvic health, excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to providing a 'WOW' experience for patients. The position involves a mix of direct patient care, administrative tasks, marketing, and compliance responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program (or Occupational Therapy equivalent)
  • Current state Physical Therapist or PTA license
  • 0+ years of clinical experience as a provider
  • Significant interest and passion around healthcare in pelvic health
  • Current BLS Certification
  • English-speaking preferred
  • Proven financial planning and management skills
  • Knowledge of legal, medical, and accreditation compliance
  • Strong organizational and delegation skills
  • Compassionate, excellent at clinical duties and patient care
  • Able to lift 50 lbs, assist patients, and meet published physical demand norms

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a WOW experience to patients, ensuring proper rehabilitation techniques are utilized and patient expectations are exceeded.
  • Create and evaluate the effectiveness of departmental programs.
  • Maintain excellent standards of physical therapy.
  • Track and monitor KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Achieve 86+% clinic efficiency and other departmental benchmarks.
  • Submit agendas, scorecards, and patient reporting consistently.
  • Build and retain professional physician/birthworker relationships with Practice 25 referrals.
  • Coordinate with the Office Manager to ensure Active Patient Reporting and Wellness Checks are performed.
  • Engage physicians in external primary relationship-building interactions (e.g., Reverse Referrals, Surgical Observations, In-clinic Shadowing, Return Patient Visits, Empower University Events).
  • Participate in internal practice-building opportunities (e.g., social media posts, Google reviews, Net Promoter Scores, clinic videos, reactivation campaigns).
  • Ensure full compliance with state/federal regulations, medical standards, and accreditation.
  • Perform daily patient care and documentation.
  • Complete daily tasks and keep energy levels high.
  • Hit weekly goals for schedule efficiency, arrival rate, notes submitted within 24 hours, and clinic efficiency.
  • Attend All Hands Meetings and submit issues or to-dos on the agenda.
  • Perform active patient reporting and coordinate case management with providers.
  • Monitor clinical supply inventory.
  • Monitor NPS Scores and Reviews.
  • Perform 1-to-1 meetings with Direct Supervisor to discuss core value issues and productivity.
  • Attend Quarterly Planning Meetings to review goals, clinic care, potential issues, and customer experience improvements.
  • Review the Practice 25 Referral Tracker.
  • Enhance the energy and environment in the clinic.
  • Participate in Bi-Annual Staff Satisfaction Surveys and Staff performance reviews.
  • Attend Annual Planning Meetings to review the previous year, set new goals, and revisit mission, vision, and core values.
