You will manage project execution for manufacturing scale-up, orchestrating cross-functional dependencies across infrastructure, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure our environments are fully prepared for high-volume production.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, industrialization, or large-scale supply chain program management
  • Expertise in factory startup, facility permitting, and capital expenditure oversight
  • Proven track record in strategic sourcing, inventory management, and contract negotiation for complex hardware programs
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with experience in production modeling, capacity planning, and quality control systems
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end program lifecycle for existing and new manufacturing facilities (including Capex, infrastructure, and permitting), with or without Contract Manufacturers (CMs).
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment to ensure all systems, processes, and sites are production-ready for scale.
  • Lead the program-level synchronization of supplier capacity and inventory positioning.
  • Coordinate with strategic sourcing, materials management and engineering partners to resolve alignment issues, managing the planning and replenishment model implementation for long-lead-time parts and quality control integration without directly performing procurement negotiations.
  • Define and optimize the operational frameworks and tools that allow cross-functional teams to work efficiently.
  • Standardize execution methods and processes to prevent bottlenecks in complex multi-disciplinary programs.
  • Own the program decision-making process.
  • Proactively identify risks across factory, supplier, and operational workstreams, leading cross-functional teams in developing and executing mitigation strategies.
  • Synthesize complex data from multiple workstreams into clear, actionable updates for leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment on program health and critical path items.
  • Program-manage organizational growth initiatives, including resource planning, hiring pipelines, and training programs, to ensure teams are fully scaled and equipped to support operational objectives.
