The position is within Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems, working with USSTRATCOM software teams to develop Planning and Command and Control (C2) capabilities for the Strategic Mission Planning and Execution System (SMPES) in a DevSecOps environment. The successful candidate will contribute to creating modern Web-based, Java mission systems for the Nuclear community, requiring experience with software systems built to exacting standards and delivered via a DevSecOps cadence using Agile Scrum. As a full-time Systems Architect, you will collaborate with Government engineers to understand system environments for new mission capabilities, designing and documenting architectures that guide developers. Your designs must emphasize cybersecurity, performance, and reliability to ensure software components meet mission objectives.
