About The Position

Inpria Corporation is seeking a Staff Synthesis Chemist II to support the pilot and high-volume manufacturing (HVM) of organometallic precursors used in advanced photoresist production. This role is responsible for executing and maintaining robust, high-purity synthetic processes under manufacturing conditions, with a strong emphasis on air-sensitive chemistry, process reproducibility, and data integrity. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in organometallic synthesis, a disciplined approach to laboratory and manufacturing practices, and experience operating within a quality-driven production environment.

Requirements

  • MS in Chemistry, or BS in Chemistry (or related discipline) with at least 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing experience
  • At least 1+ year of hands-on experience in organic or organometallic synthesis
  • Experience with air-sensitive and pyrophoric materials strongly preferred
  • Experience in process scale-up, catalyst systems, or manufacturing environments preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to safe laboratory and manufacturing practices
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to documentation and data integrity standards
  • Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills, including technical data presentation
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and within a cross-functional team environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without the need for employer sponsorship
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test
