About The Position

Inpria Corporation is seeking a Staff Synthesis Chemist II to support the pilot and high-volume manufacturing (HVM) of organometallic precursors used in advanced photoresist production. This role is responsible for executing and maintaining robust, high-purity synthetic processes under manufacturing conditions, with a strong emphasis on air-sensitive chemistry, process reproducibility, and data integrity. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in organometallic synthesis, a disciplined approach to laboratory and manufacturing practices, and experience operating within a quality-driven production environment. Inpria Corporation is the world leader in metal oxide photoresist design, development, and manufacturing. Our EUV photoresists enable semiconductor manufacturers to realize the full potential of extreme ultraviolet lithography. Located in Corvallis, Oregon—consistently ranked among the most livable and family-friendly cities in the U.S.—the area offers access to exceptional outdoor recreation, including the Cascade Mountains and Oregon coast.
