About The Position

Flex-Able Solutions LLC is hiring a Staff or Senior Staff Accountant to provide fractional finance support to its clients. The role involves supporting clients across different industries and handling accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, grant billing and compliance, restricted fund management, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation and review. The accountant will also contribute to budget strategies, performance metrics, and financial planning. The work environment offers remote work capability and flexible scheduling.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel, including reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.
Experience with month-end close, journal entries, general ledger review, and preparing accurate financial statements.
Understanding of nonprofit accounting principles, including restricted funds, grant tracking, and grant reporting requirements.
Experience with payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and related internal controls.
