About The Position
Ivo is building AI to revolutionize how legal agreements are reviewed, a process unchanged for millennia. We are the contract intelligence platform of choice for major companies like Uber, Meta, Canva, IBM, and Shopify. Having recently raised our Series B, we have experienced 800% growth over the last 12 months. Engineers at Ivo are inventors, pioneering AI agents that edit documents in MS Word, utilizing agentic RAG, performing large-scale LLM-based legal fact extraction, and developing legal assistants for accurate contract database searches. Future innovations include clustering legal documents, automatic deviation analysis for risk detection, and creating time series of composite contracts by merging amendments.

Responsibilities
- Developing full stack generative AI functionality
- Shipping high performance UI code and backend systems that process and analyze millions of contracts reliably
- Designing pipelines that orchestrate LLMs, data extraction, and clustering algorithms at scale
- Collaborating with designers, lawyers and other engineers to re-imagine how lawyers work in the AI age
