Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of software development experience, including significant ownership of mobile applications and platforms.
Advanced experience building and deploying mobile applications using .NET MAUI/Xamarin, C#, and .NET.
Strong native development skills in iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java).
Proven ability to define mobile architectures (MVVM, dependency injection, modularization).
Experience managing app store releases.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
Experience integrating REST APIs.
Experience optimizing performance, security, and debugging processes.
Strong technical leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Capability to work in fast-paced environments.
Ability to manage priorities and maintain quality and customer focus.
Deep expertise in iOS and Android development, including Xamarin-to-.NET MAUI migrations, mobile app consolidation, CI/CD automation, performance monitoring, accessibility compliance, MDM deployments, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
Experience with web technologies (Angular, React, TypeScript).
Experience with AI/LLM-powered development workflows.
Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory requirements (PCI, PII, PHI, HIPAA, GDPR).
Experience with learning management or training-focused platforms.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior technical authority for the mobile platform across iOS and Android.
Own mobile architecture end to end, driving the cross-platform .NET MAUI strategy.
Set native implementation standards and guide the consolidation of multiple mobile applications onto a single, sustainable codebase.
Set technical direction across teams.
Raise the engineering bar through design and code review.
Own the reliability and release health of applications.
Mentor developers at all levels.
Influence mobile technology choices, roadmap feasibility, and long-term platform direction.
