Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of software development experience, including significant ownership of mobile applications and platforms.
Advanced experience building and deploying mobile applications using .NET MAUI/Xamarin, C#, and .NET.
Strong native development skills in iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java).
Proven ability to define mobile architectures (MVVM, dependency injection, modularization).
Manage app store releases.
Implement CI/CD pipelines.
Integrate REST APIs.
Optimize performance, security, and debugging processes.
Strong technical leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Capability to work in fast-paced environments.
Manage priorities.
Maintain quality and customer focus.
Deep expertise in iOS and Android development, including Xamarin-to-.NET MAUI migrations, mobile app consolidation, CI/CD automation, performance monitoring, accessibility compliance, MDM deployments, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
Experience with web technologies (Angular, React, TypeScript).
Experience with AI/LLM-powered development workflows.
Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
Experience with data privacy and regulatory requirements (PCI, PII, PHI, HIPAA, GDPR).
Experience with learning management or training-focused platforms.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior technical authority for the mobile platform across iOS and Android.
Own mobile architecture end to end, driving the cross-platform .NET MAUI strategy.
Set native implementation standards.
Guide the consolidation of multiple mobile applications onto a single, sustainable codebase.
Set technical direction across teams.
Raise the engineering bar through design and code review.
Own the reliability and release health of applications in customers’ hands.
Mentor developers at every level.
Support occasional after-hours work.
Travel as needed.
