Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of software development experience, including significant ownership of mobile applications and platforms.
  • Advanced experience building and deploying mobile applications using .NET MAUI/Xamarin, C#, and .NET.
  • Strong native development skills in iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java).
  • Proven ability to define mobile architectures (MVVM, dependency injection, modularization).
  • Manage app store releases.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines.
  • Integrate REST APIs.
  • Optimize performance, security, and debugging processes.
  • Strong technical leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Manage priorities.
  • Maintain quality and customer focus.
  • Deep expertise in iOS and Android development, including Xamarin-to-.NET MAUI migrations, mobile app consolidation, CI/CD automation, performance monitoring, accessibility compliance, MDM deployments, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Experience with web technologies (Angular, React, TypeScript).
  • Experience with AI/LLM-powered development workflows.
  • Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
  • Experience with data privacy and regulatory requirements (PCI, PII, PHI, HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Experience with learning management or training-focused platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior technical authority for the mobile platform across iOS and Android.
  • Own mobile architecture end to end, driving the cross-platform .NET MAUI strategy.
  • Set native implementation standards.
  • Guide the consolidation of multiple mobile applications onto a single, sustainable codebase.
  • Set technical direction across teams.
  • Raise the engineering bar through design and code review.
  • Own the reliability and release health of applications in customers’ hands.
  • Mentor developers at every level.
  • Support occasional after-hours work.
  • Travel as needed.
