Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience with full stack development using Java or Kotlin.
2 years of experience with Android application development.
Experience in computer science, data structures, algorithms and software design.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
3 years of experience working in a structured organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
Experience leveraging AI development tools.
Ability to quickly prototype and iterate on new ideas, moving fast from concept to product delivery while meeting high delivery standards.

Responsibilities

Write product or system development code.
Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
Design, build, and iterate on Android-stack software projects
Maintain strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners (e.g., Product Management, UX Design) and other development teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery
Utilize strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues in a distributed system environment
