This position provides general nursing care to patients and families across the health-illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the health care team. Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) credential from the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).
• State driver's license.
• Field of study: Nursing.
• Years of experience: 0.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments as applicable to the population or individual.
• Document planned nursing interventions based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs.
• Evaluate and document responses to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriate intervals; collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to revise the plan of care based on evaluation data.
• Participate in process improvement activities to achieve targeted clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance measures.
• Perform operational responsibilities.
• Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency when performing job duties.
