About The Position

A clinically competent, registered professional nurse who uses the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide safe, therapeutic care. Provides services to acutely ill patients admitted primarily for medical/surgical diagnoses or maternal and child health needs. Works as a member of interdisciplinary and nursing teams, follows established nursing procedures, and delivers nursing care to patients with complex, multisystem needs. Contributes to the ongoing progress of the unit and organization and uses effective verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and communication skills to support customer satisfaction and a positive work environment.
