About The Position

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
- Registered Nurse (RN) experience in clinical settings.
- Supervisory or management experience in healthcare facilities (e.g., nursing homes, hospitals).
- Leadership in mentoring, coaching, and staff development.
- Familiarity with nursing best practices, care standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare technology.
- Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking.
- Leadership and team collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving, organizational skills, and adaptability.
- Competency with healthcare technology and conflict resolution.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff, ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and oversee patient care, maintaining timely and compassionate service.
- Conduct rounds to monitor patient needs, conditions, and concerns.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate nursing staff to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans.
- Manage staffing levels and maintain optimal nurse-to-patient ratios.
- Lead and respond to emergencies, providing clear direction to staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Act as a liaison among nursing staff, management, and other departments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care and organizational efficiency.
