About The Position

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics in Bellevue, WA is currently seeking engaged, motivated RNs who embody our commitment to compassionate care. Our CCU is a mixed specialty critical care unit with 31 beds. Our patients include open heart/thoracic surgery, neurology/neurosurgery, cardiology, pulmonary and trauma. We have been recognized by AACN with the Award for Unit Excellence. This is a NIGHT shift .9 FTE (72 hours per week) with 12-hour shifts.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing required (BSN preferred)
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington. (May be a multi-State license from a Compact state or a Washington license.)
• Recent or current Critical Care experience required.
• BLS & ACLS certification required.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• CCRN certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in a mixed specialty critical care unit.
• Care for patients including open heart/thoracic surgery, neurology/neurosurgery, cardiology, pulmonary and trauma.
• Take a rhythm assessment in the first week, including standard cardiac rhythms, dysrhythmias and paced rhythm, if hired into a unit requiring cardiac rhythm interpretation competency.
