About The Position

Plans, organizes, coordinates, and provides direct nursing care for an identified group of patients according to specific standards. This position is based onsite at Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, and is part-time at 0.6 FTE, with 24 standard hours per week on Shift 1. The posting describes requirements and preferences across multiple nursing service areas. For Surgery Center/Special Procedures, two years of Med/Surg and/or orthopedic nursing experience is preferred; an Ambulatory Per-Anesthesia nursing certificate and ACLS are also preferred. All candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing, hold a current unrestricted Wisconsin RN license, and have the stated customer service, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current unrestricted Wisconsin RN license.
Excellent customer service, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider (BLS), or an AHA-approved equivalent, is required.
For Surgery Center/Special Procedures, two years of Med/Surg and/or orthopedic nursing experience is preferred, as stated in the posting.

Nice To Haves

For Surgery Center/Special Procedures, an Ambulatory Per-Anesthesia nursing certificate is preferred.
