You will play a critical role in leading and supporting cutting-edge research initiatives while managing research staff and fostering scientific excellence. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside renowned investigators developing novel approaches to cancer treatment and translational medicine. Research Focus Areas This position will support transformative research in one or more of the following areas: Hematopoietic Stem Cell Biology & Transplantation Radiation Mitigation & Countermeasures Immunotherapy including CAR T-cell therapies and bispecific antibodies Cancer Biology focused on multiple myeloma Why Stephenson Cancer Center? Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a Biological Science, Physical Science, Chemistry, or related field.
  • 60 months research specialty experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 12 months of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and conduct innovative scientific research projects.
  • Lead and coordinate complex research activities while mentoring and managing laboratory personnel.
  • Analyze and interpret experimental data to drive scientific discoveries.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance translational and clinical research efforts.
  • Contribute to publications, presentations, grant applications, and scientific reports.
