Youth Villages is seeking a Recruiter based in North Carolina to support the continued growth of our programs across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Ohio. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to leadership and hiring managers, develop strategic sourcing initiatives, and build relationships with colleges and universities throughout the region to create strong talent pipelines. We are seeking a self-motivated professional who thrives in a remote work environment and enjoys balancing relationship-building with process management. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and resourceful, with strong attention to detail and the ability to build meaningful relationships while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment. They are highly organized and comfortable learning and navigating multiple internal technology systems, while maintaining efficient, consistent recruiting processes and delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
