Staff Psychiatrist - Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) Overnights
About The Position
Contra Costa Regional Medical Center (CCRMC) in Martinez, CA, is a full-service county hospital offering a complete array of patient-centered health care services. Since 2008, CCRMC has provided a full range of psychiatric services, including Inpatient, Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES), Consult Liaison, Detention Facility, and Outpatient Behavioral Health. This role specifically focuses on the PES overnight shifts, which include times from 5 PM - 8 AM PT and 11 PM - 9 AM PT. The position involves diagnosing and treating patients with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, and providing clinical consultation, training, and support to staff regarding medical-related issues.
