About The Position

Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. We are hiring a Staff Product Marketing Manager to own the craft and the system of product marketing from the ground up. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role. The successful candidate will partner closely with the SVP of Brand, CPO and PM team, and Sales Enablement lead. The initial focus will be on positioning, sales pitch, case studies, demo assets, and objection handling. The role requires someone who loves the craft, wants to set the bar for product marketing in a fast-moving AI company, and thrives on building the operating system rather than waiting for one.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience at high-growth SaaS companies.
  • At least 2 years operating as the only or most senior PMM at a company.
  • Track record of shipping launches end-to-end as an individual contributor, including positioning, copy, and sales assets.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product Managers and Sales Enablement to implement messaging effectively.
  • Systems-builder: ability to establish process and make the function legible.
  • Hands-on craft: ability to produce high-quality V1 drafts.
  • AI-native: experience using AI tools and a strong point of view on AI in product marketing.
  • Disciplined focus: ability to prioritize and focus on revenue-driving activities.
  • Self-starter: ability to work independently without waiting for a brief or a team.
  • Sales-floor curiosity: willingness to engage in customer calls and understand sales dynamics.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in vertical or SMB SaaS.
  • Experience with AI-native product surfaces.
  • Experience in proptech/martech.

Responsibilities

  • Own the positioning and core messaging for the AI platform and its products.
  • Build the master sales pitch and partner with Sales Enablement to implement it across the team.
  • Review customer interactions and gather customer insights to build resonant positioning.
  • Build sales enablement assets such as case studies, demo scripts, objection handlers, battlecards, and one-pagers.
  • Run end-to-end product launches for key products, defining audience, narrative, channels, and success metrics.
  • Write announcement emails, in-product copy, and launch pages.
  • Establish the Product Marketing Management (PMM) operating system at Luxury Presence, including launch templates, naming conventions, intake processes from Product, and calibration rhythms with Sales and Marketing.
  • Make the PMM function legible and scalable across the company.
  • Establish a lightweight competitive intelligence loop, keeping it current and useful for sellers and PMs.
  • Translate customer insights into messaging, roadmap input, and campaign concepts.
