About The Position

The (USA) Staff, Product Manager leads strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. Requirements

  • Proven expertise in defining and executing product strategy and roadmaps for complex or related product sets.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior partners.
  • Advanced data-driven decision-making capabilities, including analytics, experimentation, and performance measurement.
  • Track record of launching and improving advertiser and partner facing user experiences (UI, API, agentic experiences a bonus).
  • Experience mentoring product managers and elevating product management discipline within teams.
  • Ability to translate customer insights and market trends into prioritized, measurable product outcomes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to drive alignment and deliver business results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
  • 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute multi-quarter product vision and strategy for audience creation and management experiences.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including discovery, roadmap development, launch readiness, and value realization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners to prioritize features which help advertisers manage audiences across Walmart onsite and offsite platforms.
  • Utilize data analysis and experimentation to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and optimize product outcomes.
  • Engage stakeholders to build alignment, communicate priorities, and influence technical and business direction.
  • Mentor less experienced product managers to elevate product discipline and execution rigor.
