About The Position

Foodsmart is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead and scale its growth platform. This role is crucial for driving new client acquisition, member enrollment, and expanding the company's client footprint. The ideal candidate will have experience building systems and infrastructure to streamline enterprise client onboarding and member enrollment, translating complex client needs into scalable platform capabilities. This position sits at the intersection of commercial and product, requiring close collaboration with Sales, Client Success, and Engineering teams. The role demands a strong operator with strategic clarity and execution rigor to directly impact Foodsmart's enterprise growth and long-term value creation. This is an opportunity for a product leader experienced in B2B2C products to earn the trust of commercial teams, translate client needs into roadmap decisions, and deliver capabilities that unlock new audiences and revenue at scale.

Requirements

  • Experience bringing scalable platform capabilities to market in close partnership with commercial teams, including go-to-market planning and enablement.
  • Comfort managing complex multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities.
  • Experience in AI-enabled product development processes and tools.
  • Commercially oriented understanding of enterprise client buying, onboarding, and renewal lifecycles.
  • Ability to recognize patterns and build scalable platform capabilities rather than bespoke solutions.
  • Trusted partner to Sales and Client Success, capable of balancing pushback and agreement.
  • Confident communicator able to represent the product roadmap to clients, executives, and engineering.
  • Collaborative and low-ego approach, building strong cross-functional relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in digital health, managed care, and/or employer benefits.
  • Experience with integration concepts: APIs, data exchange standards, and benefit administration workflows in enterprise health plan or employer contexts.
  • Familiarity with RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) or health plan integration landscapes.
  • Experience with Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or other government health program product contexts.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for the Growth pod end-to-end, from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration, with full accountability for outcomes.
  • Identify patterns across client engagements and translate recurring client needs into scalable, configurable platform capabilities.
  • Partner with Engineering to define integration architecture and data exchange standards for efficient enterprise client onboarding.
  • Define and track Growth-oriented metrics to inform prioritization and measure impact.
  • Balance platform scalability with commercial urgency, deciding when to build for patterns versus client-specific solutions.
  • Work directly with Sales, Client Success, and Implementation teams to translate enterprise client requirements into product solutions.
  • Join client-facing conversations to gather requirements, validate product direction, and build confidence with external stakeholders.
  • Manage competing client priorities and commercial stakeholders with empathy and clarity.
  • Partner with PMM to support go-to-market strategies for new Growth capabilities, including sales enablement and rollout sequencing.
  • Systematically feed implementation learnings and client feedback into the roadmap.
  • Set the strategy for the Growth pod, aligning with CPO and commercial leadership.
  • Advocate for scalability, configurability, and repeatability in product decisions to enhance enterprise client acquisition.
  • Contribute to cross-pod prioritization and portfolio planning, bringing a commercial lens to roadmap discussions.
