About The Position

DualEntry is a rapidly growing AI startup founded in 2024, aiming to revolutionize the ERP market. The company's AI-native ERP solution automates manual data entry for businesses, making the concept of a one-person finance team a reality and moving beyond legacy ERP systems. DualEntry operates with urgency and ownership, emphasizing speed in its operations. This role is crucial for driving the company's mission forward by owning a major product area and its outcomes, setting strategic direction, and transforming complex accounting workflows into efficient, AI-powered experiences.

Requirements

  • Hardcore work ethic and high agency
  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • A track record of owning a product area or line and driving measurable business outcomes, not just shipping features
  • High agency and strong ownership: you set direction in ambiguity and drive it without waiting to be told
  • Deep experience applying AI/ML to real product workflows, including shipping LLM-powered or agentic features to production and reasoning about evals, failure modes, and trade-offs
  • A clear, direct communicator who creates alignment across multiple teams and senior stakeholders
  • Excited to work in person with an ambitious, fast-moving team

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on building with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI) and daily use of AI coding/assistant tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cursor)
  • Accounting, ERP, or fintech domain experience
  • An MBA and/or experience working with business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Revenue)
  • Technical background (CS, engineering)

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for a major product area and create the clarity that other PMs and teams execute against
  • Drive ambiguous, high-impact bets from first principles, from problem framing through launch and iteration
  • Define the metrics and customer signals that demonstrate outcomes, and hold the area accountable to measurable business results (e.g., retention, activation, expansion)
  • Act as the voice of the customer in company-level strategic decisions, and translate complex accounting workflows into clear, simple requirements
  • Partner closely with engineering and design leadership on architecture and technical trade-offs that span multiple teams
  • Own product reliability, accuracy, and usability as first-class outcomes across your area
  • Set the standard for product craft, mentor other PMs, and influence peers across eng, design, and GTM leadership
  • Partner with product marketing, GTM, and sales in both directions, feeding insights back into the roadmap and shaping major launches
  • Improve the internal processes, tooling, and operating model that help the whole team ship fast
