About The Position

Tools for Humanity (TFH) is building the technology behind World, a project focused on creating a real human network to thrive in the age of AI. As bots and autonomous agents become more prevalent, there's a growing need for a trusted way to verify human identity while preserving privacy. TFH's tech stack, including the Orb, World ID, and World App, addresses this by providing a human layer to an AI-driven internet. World ID has already achieved significant global scale, with over 17 million verifications in 160 countries. Developers are integrating World ID to enhance online safety and create spaces for genuine human interaction. TFH, founded in 2019, comprises over 400 professionals in various fields and is backed by prominent investors. The World ID team's mission is to equip every individual with a unique digital identity that distinguishes humans from AI online. As a Staff Product Manager on World ID, you will be the primary advocate and lead for your features, guiding them from concept through to market launch. You will define strategy, own success metrics, and ensure delivery aligns with World project priorities. This role involves defining and leading a multi-year roadmap for World ID features, deeply understanding user and developer needs through regular engagement, owning all related metrics and analytics, and collaborating with the broader World ID team on long-term strategy.

Requirements

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
10+ years of experience as a product manager in a relevant domain (e.g. fintech, payments, digital identity, Web3, DeFi).
Deep understanding of privacy and data governance standards and product experiences.
Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or previous experience in an engineering or design-focused role highly preferred.
Experience as a former founder or IC defining and leading product vision, go-to-market strategy and design for a variety of products and features, ideally across mobile-first experiences.
Proven ability to design processes, navigate ambiguous environments, and synthesize high-level goals into actionable roadmaps.
Obsessed with building delightful products, placing great care on user experience.
You have a bias towards action, a high sense of urgency, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

Nice To Haves

Deep understanding of Web3 technologies and crypto-native experiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define and lead a multi-year roadmap for World ID features
Understand the user and developer needs fully, engaging with them regularly, to inform the product roadmap
Own all metrics and analytics related to your roadmap
Work with the broader World ID team to define the long term strategic roadmap
