Staff Product Manager, Residential CRM

ServiceTitanUS CA Remote, CA
$168,200 - $269,900

About The Position

ServiceTitan is the leading platform for residential home service, encompassing scheduling, dispatch, job booking, quoting, and marketing. Historically, the sales process was straightforward, not requiring a dedicated CRM. However, advancements in AI, such as voice agents, AI-powered SMS outreach, nurture sequences, and in-home opportunity capture, have significantly increased the volume of leads, follow-up opportunities, and unconverted estimates for residential contractors. This complexity necessitates a more robust CRM solution. ServiceTitan is seeking to build a first-class residential CRM layer that integrates seamlessly with its existing platform, including scheduling, dispatch, pricebook, service agreements, and marketing, with a design optimized for an AI-first approach. This role will own the development of this CRM, leveraging AI to manage follow-up processes, identify opportunities, and reduce manual coordination, allowing CSRs and sales teams to focus on revenue generation.

  • Comfort working closely with customers and leadership, given ServiceTitan's active founder culture and the visibility of product decisions.
