About The Position

We are seeking an experienced CRM Product Manager to lead our end-to-end CRM product strategy and delivery. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the implementation of Adobe CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, CRM systems, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product/Project Management experience.
• Strong experience in CRM Product Management.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Cloud, or Adobe CRM solutions.
• Experience gathering business requirements, defining product roadmaps, and managing product backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• USC / GC Only

Nice To Haves

• Strong experience with Adobe CRM / Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CRM product strategy and delivery.
