About The Position

As a Staff Product Manager, Product Analytics, you will define and drive the analytics strategy across multiple product domains, transforming complex data into clear insights that shape product decisions and business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of product thinking and analytical rigor. You will work closely with data science, engineering, and operations teams to instrument products, measure what matters, and translate findings into actionable product direction. Your work will enable teams to move faster, prioritize more confidently, and demonstrate measurable impact in a data-driven environment. The team partners across product, risk, compliance, support, and operations to build the analytical foundation that powers better decisions. Team members define metrics frameworks, design measurement approaches, and surface insights that drive product strategy. The team combines product intuition with strong analytical capability, leveraging data science tools and techniques where appropriate to go beyond dashboards and into root cause analysis, experimentation, and forward-looking measurement. We value curiosity, rigor, and the ability to make complexity legible to stakeholders at every level.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a product manager or senior product analyst, with a strong track record of using data to drive product strategy and measurable outcomes.
  • Deep fluency in product metrics, with the ability to define, instrument, and evolve metrics frameworks that reflect true business health.
  • Strong analytical skills, including exploratory data analysis, statistical reasoning, and experiment design.
  • SQL proficiency required.
  • Familiarity with data science concepts and techniques; hands-on experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms, with the ability to build clear, decision-oriented dashboards.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
  • 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in risk, compliance, marketplace, or e-commerce domains is a plus.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the metrics across multiple domains, identifying what to measure, how to measure it, and how to communicate findings to drive action.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to instrument products and ensure data is captured correctly, completely, and consistently.
  • Design and execute analyses that answer key business questions.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that give stakeholders clear visibility into product health and performance.
  • Collaborate with data science teams to leverage predictive models, segmentation, and ML-driven signals where they add product value.
  • Define experimentation frameworks and guide teams in designing and interpreting tests rigorously.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
