The International product management team’s goal is to democratize finance globally by expanding Robinhood into different countries. The team solves challenges such as scaling our products to support many regions and building products specific to these local markets that allow us to best serve our customers. The International team is taking Robinhood global. We are live in the UK & 31 EU/EEA countries. We are rapidly expanding into new markets -- building regulated financial products from scratch in countries where millions of people still don't have access to the tools they deserve. We are building products zero-to-one across distinct regulatory regimes, market structures, and customer expectations. Every launch is a bet on a new country, and every product decision shapes how an entire market experiences Robinhood for the first time. As a Product Manager on the international team, you'll manage global business lines and work with experts in data, design, engineering, marketing, operations and research to bring ideas to life that will democratize the financial system at a global scale. This role is based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Requirements

  • 6+ years as PM of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products with at least 2 years of experience shipping zero to one products.
  • Ideally past experience working on a global consumer facing product
  • Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation and analytics to guide decision making
  • Experience working with and coordinating across globally dispersed teams
  • Past experience working with engineering, design, research, legal, compliance and marketing in previous roles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for financial products that improve people’s financial lives.
  • Motivation to be a self-starter.
  • Open to travel
  • Willingness to work with a global team and EST hours

Responsibilities

  • Define strategy for new country launches and how to win new markets for Robinhood.
  • Define roadmaps as well as collaborate with teams to execute them in a timely manner.
  • Work with global teams to ship groundbreaking products into new regions with unique customer needs and operational requirements.
  • Bring together product development teams across the company with a clear product vision and shared set of priorities.
  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships across design, engineering, and operations at the team and organizational levels.
  • Ensure parity of product lines across global markets balancing localized product innovation and new US products.
