About The Position

The Staff Product Manager will lead data-driven product initiatives by analyzing trends, customer needs, and business objectives to develop and execute effective product strategies. Our team oversees Operational and Health data across markets where Data Ventures' products operate, ensuring accurate sourcing and alignment with enterprise standards. We support consistent data use cases, sustain client relationships, and expand product offerings. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, we maintain data integrity and drive product growth. Leveraging expertise in product strategy, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making, the team enables informed product development and continuous improvement aligned with business goals. Requirements

  • Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management with a focus on delivering customer value.
  • Strong skills in data-driven decision making, including analytics, research, and evaluation of product performance.
  • Experience managing stakeholder communications and building consensus across cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Ability to apply business strategies and project portfolio management to align product initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills to navigate complex environments and foster collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and MVP creation to support iterative product development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
  • 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

  • Drive product development lifecycle activities, including MVP creation, testing, and iterative enhancements.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to inform product innovation and competitive positioning.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and manage dependencies to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
