Audience management and signal optimization is the fuel that powers every paid social dollar HelloFresh spends. What events we capture, how we transform and model them, which audiences we activate, and what we tell Meta, TikTok, and Google to optimize for. These decisions are worth tens of millions of dollars annually and sit without a unifying framework today. We are building a closed-loop growth system: signals feed models, models inform targeting and bidding, outcomes retrain models. This role owns the signal, audience, and data layer of that system end-to-end. You will architect the framework, run the experiments, prove the impact, and then scale the wins into production infrastructure that runs globally. This is not a coordination role. We are looking for a product leader who defines the future of performance marketing at HelloFresh and builds the systems to make it real.
