Reddit is seeking a Staff Product Manager to spearhead the product strategy for Ads Trust & Safety. In this role, you will architect and scale the next generation of systems across ad review, advertiser trust, fraud prevention, and platform safeguards. Your mission: protect our global community of users and brands while unlocking the safe, hyper-growth trajectory of Reddit’s ads business. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to engineer products and processes that maximize advertiser success without ever compromising on safety, quality, or compliance. This is a definitive opportunity for a visionary product leader who thrives in ambiguity, commands thoughtful trade-offs, and excels at translating complex integrity challenges into a crystal-clear product direction. The Ads Trust & Safety team is the frontline guardian of Reddit's advertising ecosystem, ensuring it remains resilient, trusted, and secure as our business scales. Operating at the high-impact intersection of advertising, safety, automation, and operational excellence, the team handles everything from ad review and fraud prevention to policy enforcement and platform integrity. We partner closely with Engineering, Policy, Legal, Sales, Operations, Product Marketing, and the Reddit Consumer teams to build agile systems that adapt instantly to shifting advertiser needs, emerging abuse vectors, and evolving global regulations.
