This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team that will shape how we monetize the Reddit platform and help connect Redditors with brands they love. In this role you will envision & own the overall strategy for Reddit’s API ecosystem. You will evaluate opportunities to expand API capabilities to unlock new use cases that can scale our Advertisers. You will work closely with our partnership team to expand our partnership ecosystem, along with other Product & Engineering teams, and external customers. This position requires strong product sense, understanding of the partner ecosystems to scale an Ads business and technical knowledge & skills.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience building platform capabilities for third-party (3P) ecosystems
  • Proven experience working on large initiatives, across teams, and on highly cross-functional products
  • Expertise in using data to drive decisions and business outcomes. You should be comfortable diving into analytics, building experiments, and iterating based on insights.
  • You have experience managing the full product lifecycle—from concept to execution collaborating with multiple teams—and can make tough prioritization decisions while balancing competing stakeholder needs.
  • You excel at collaborating across teams and can communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead a bold, long-term vision and strategy for AI-powered platform capabilities and API experiences for the third-party (3P) ecosystem
  • Provide product thought leadership by identifying partner and developer needs through deep customer insights, ecosystem feedback, and market research
  • Identify and incubate new platform opportunities informed by customer and partner research, competitive analysis, and industry trends
  • Drive the team towards execution breaking down the strategy to longer term roadmap and quarterly OKRs. Manage the product launch process and continuously monitor performance, iterating towards the north star goal.
  • Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Able to make trade-offs backed by a clear decisioning process.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with engineering, Data science, UX, marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment.
  • As a senior member of the Product Management team and the product owner, you’ll regularly communicate across functions and the entire ads team, including frequently presenting to C-level executives.
